Medicare ERA Enrollment

Go to the CMS website or your Medicare MAC portal.
Download and complete the CMS-855 or MAC-specific ERA/835 form.
Submit the form through your MAC's portal or as directed.
Wait for approval; you will be notified when ERA is active.
