The registration/enrollment procedure is as follows:1.Log onto Dorado’s JIRA page - https://doradosystems.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa

2.Password = Av!15editeam%
2.Click create a new issue with an issue type of ‘Enrollment Request’
3.Complete the form and submit.

Eligibility Search Options: Member ID, Last Name, First Name, DOB; OR Subscriber: Member ID, Dependent: Last Name, Dependent: First Name, Dependent: DOB. Eligibility Date Options: Past - 1 Year, Future - 30 Days, Range - No.
