1. Complete the Standard EDI Enrollment Form
2. Log into Dorado's JIRA page - https://support.doradosystems.com/
  • User ID = edienrollment
  • Password = Av!15editeam%
3.Click create a new issue with issue type of 'Enrollment Request'
4. Attach completed EDI Enrollment form and submit request.
