To register and add Availity as your EDI Clearinghouse click on the below link.

Click Start, resume, or check the status of an application for revalidation or enrollment.

Select Enrollment Application

New enrolling providers will receive status notifications via email, as well as an email welcome packet. Be sure to fill out the Trading Partner Agreement Form with the following information:
